Our story
We work with businesses turning over between £500k and £10 million.
Folio Consult Ltd was established in 2025 with a focus on connecting businesses with the services, people and resources they need.
As the business developed, its offering evolved beyond individual services into a broader consultancy model.
Today, Folio works across marketing, communications, commercial growth, people, digital solutions and project delivery.
Our approach remains deliberately flexible. Rather than forcing clients into predefined packages, we take the time to understand their business and develop support around their priorities.

Jonathan Barratt
Founder, Folio Consult Ltd
Jonathan founded Folio Consult after building experience across hospitality management, sales, specialist healthcare recruitment, account management and commercial operations.
His career has included managing hospitality environments, building client relationships, supporting recruitment requirements and developing business opportunities.
More recently, his experience has expanded into marketing, communications, digital projects and the golf and leisure industry, supporting businesses with content, member engagement, events and commercial initiatives.
This varied background shapes Folio's approach. Jonathan understands that business growth is rarely achieved through one discipline alone. Marketing, customer relationships, people, operations and commercial decision-making all need to work together.
Folio was created to bring those elements closer together, offering clients a trusted partner who can understand the bigger picture while remaining closely involved in delivery.
